This Privacy Policy describes how Gab AI, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or make a purchase from Dissenter Shop (the "Store").
Information we collect
- Account and order information: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order history when you create an account or place an order.
- Payment information: payment details are processed by our payment partners. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Device and usage information: browser type, IP address, device and browser identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions (such as products viewed, items added to cart, and purchases) collected through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies.
How we use information
- Process and fulfill orders, including shipping and customer support.
- Communicate about your orders, account, and Store updates.
- Improve the Store, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
- Measure site performance through analytics tools such as Matomo.
- Measure the effectiveness of our advertising and show you relevant ads on third-party platforms.
Advertising, analytics, and measurement partners
We work with third-party advertising and analytics providers to understand how visitors use the Store, measure conversions, and deliver and measure advertising. These providers include:
- Matomo — privacy-focused web analytics.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — the Meta Pixel and Conversions API for advertising measurement and audience building.
- Pinterest — the Pinterest Tag and Conversions API for advertising measurement and audience building.
To measure conversions and match activity to advertising accounts, we may share limited event and customer information with Meta and Pinterest both from your browser (via tags and pixels) and directly from our servers (via their conversions APIs). Where this includes identifiers such as your email address, we transmit them in a hashed (pseudonymized) form using industry-standard hashing before sharing. We do not share your full payment card number with these partners.
Sharing of information
We share information with service providers that help us operate the Store, including payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, and email providers. We also share information with the advertising and analytics partners described above. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Cookies, pixels, and your choices
We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand how visitors use the Store, and measure and deliver advertising. Analytics and advertising technologies load only after you accept our cookie notice where consent is required. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, and many browsers and devices support opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). You may opt out of interest-based advertising through the platforms directly (for example, in your Meta and Pinterest ad settings) and through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org).

Data retention
We retain order and account information as long as needed to provide services, comply with law, and resolve disputes.
