We want you to be happy with your purchase from Dissenter Shop. If something is not right, review the return and refund guidelines below.

Return window

Eligible physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, unless noted otherwise at checkout.

Condition requirements

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Items must be returned in original packaging when possible.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Non-returnable items

• Donations and digital downloads are final and not eligible for return.
• Custom or final-sale items marked non-returnable at purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items
