California Privacy Rights
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents who shop at Dissenter Shop, operated by Gab AI, Inc..
Categories of personal information collected
We may collect identifiers (such as name, email, and device or advertising identifiers), commercial information (such as order history), internet or network activity (such as pages viewed, products viewed, and items added to cart), and geolocation derived from IP address.
How we use personal information
We use personal information to fulfill orders, provide customer support, improve the Store, prevent fraud, comply with law, and measure and deliver advertising.
Sharing for advertising ("sale"/"share")
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, like many online retailers, we use advertising technologies (such as the Meta Pixel and Conversions API and the Pinterest Tag and Conversions API) that share identifiers and activity, including hashed email addresses and information about your interactions with the Store, with those advertising platforms to measure and deliver advertising. Under California law, this may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and in some cases a "sale." We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
Your California rights
Subject to applicable law, California residents may have the right to know, access, correct, or delete certain personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not discriminate against consumers for exercising these rights.
How to opt out of sale/sharing
You can opt out of advertising-related sharing by:
- Using the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of the Store to turn off the sale/sharing of your personal information for advertising.
- Enabling an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser or extension. For California visitors, we treat a GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information, and we automatically stop loading advertising technologies and sending advertising events for that browser.
